Scentral Flavours and Fragrances is an Australian manufacturer of Flavours and Fragrances. We are 100% Family owned and operated. Our proprietors have a long history in both the flavour and fragrance industries.
Our flavours and fragrances are manufactured in Scentral’s purpose-built factory which is located between Melbourne and Sydney in Echuca-Moama, which includes dedicated flavour and fragrance laboratories. Over the coming year, we are building more manufacturing space and look forward to showing you our new facility once it is complete.
Scentral is extraordinarily proud of our well organised and talented team, including Technical and QA team, Manufacturing, Logistics, Administration, and Sales staff.
We pride ourselves on being able to offer products of exceptional quality and respond quickly to our customer’s needs. We collaborate with customers to create the highest calibre product, and work with customers to incorporate their ideas and vision, including customised packaging and labelling.
Our laboratories possess a GC/MS system with headspace analysis which assists in the development of new and unique products, superior matching abilities, and most importantly ensures that both raw materials and finished products go through stringent Quality Control procedures.
