Q- Where are you located?
A- Two and half hours north of Melbourne, in Echuca / Moama, Australia. We only use prompt and reliable freight companies that can deliver around Australia and internationally.

 Q- Do you supply a price list of flavours and fragrances?
A- We do not have a standard price list. We have a large range of products, and we have many variants, all created for specific products or specific uses. For example, we have 30 different Vanilla Flavours but they are all specifically created for different purposes.
Please complete our sample request form on our contact page and we will advise the best products we can offer based on your specific requirements.

Q- Are you a manufacturer or reseller? 
A- All of our flavours and fragrances are manufactured here in Moama, Australia, under our certified quality systems in our purpose-built facility.
We know the products and therefore we can give you the best advise as to which products will suit your products.

Q- Can you MATCH my signature product?
A- At Scentral, we have our own R&D team, a specalised flavour laboratory and fragrance laboratory.
If you can supply us with a competitor’s Flavour or a Fragrance, we will work on matching this product for you. We will require 20grams of the flavour or fragrance. This process does take time, depending on the complexity of the flavour / fragrance. We do have some minimum order requirements for matching work. Please contact us for further information.
If you can only supply a finished product, matching of the flavour or fragrance will be a lot more complicated! We will endeavor to give you our best match. But please be aware that results are not generally as good as when we are supplied the concentrated flavour or fragrance.

Q- Solubility?
A- Flavours– We can offer both water and oil-soluble flavours. Please let us know what your requirements are, and your end application and we will select the best flavour for your needs.
Fragrances– Most of our fragrances are oil-based. We do have a range of Water-soluble fragrances if required. We can change the carrier of a flavour or fragrance, on most occasions, this does not change the aroma/flavour of the product, just the composition. Talk to our friendly staff and let us know your requirements.

Q- What is your minimum order? 
A- Scentral pride ourselves on being flexible. We look after the big manufacturers and the smaller home manufacturers. Please let us know your requirements and we will assist. Our Liquid Flavours are packed in 1, 5, 15, 25litre containers. Our Spray Dried Flavours are packed in 10kg cartons. Our Fragrances are packed in 1, 2.5, 5, 10, 20 and 180-kilogram containers.
